Spring into Spring!
Hello beautiful readers!!!!!
I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to update this page and my youtube page too!
I will be now starting my new fitness series which I thought you will all enjoy for summer!
This series will include awesome content such as, fitness advice, workouts, getting summer ready, advice from professionals, interviews, equipment, activities and more!!
So to start off this series I thought that it would be awesome to start with the things you may need for this series:
Disclaimer: I am not a health professional, everything I say and do on this site are things that have worked for me and just fun advice I am sharing with you. Please consult professionals for any extra help.
Things you may need:
- A journal: This is to help you keep track of your progress and help you keep inspired
- A fitness tracker: I use FitBit for mine but there are many apps on the iPhone you can use (I will do a video on these)
- Workout clothing: A great way to keep inspired is to have good workout clothes, so hit the shops and find something you love
- A good water bottle: By good, I don't mean expensive...I just mean a big water bottle so you are staying hydrated
I can't wait to start this series with you all and take you along a fitness journey with me!
